In this activity, we will divide you into groups, you will have a GPS device and a map to find your way. You will enjoy a route with different coordinates where clues and hidden objects will be waiting for you.
Moving in the right direction will require you to interpret the information quickly and divide up the different tasks. This will help you identify your team’s strengths and move faster by going together rather than alone. The goal of any company, of course.

This is how Geocaching Explorers works
01. We prepare the expedition
- Our activity leaders will explain the objectives and how the GPS works. They will tell you the route boundaries so that you do not waste time on unnecessary journeys and you will form the different teams.
02. We hand out the “compasses”
- Each group will divide roles between those navigating, those keeping track of the answers, those watching the time and those sharing what they find. You can change this during the activity to achieve the best result.
03. We follow the coordinates
- Geocaching consists of moving towards different marked points and searching for hidden items. Once there, you will need to be observant and read the surroundings carefully.
04. We overcome the challenges
- Each stage has its own riddles and small missions. By answering everything correctly, you will earn points and be able to unlock the next section of the route.
05. We reach the meeting point
- Once the time is up, all the groups return. Our activity leaders will review how you completed the challenges, announce a winning team and organise a final celebration for everyone.

¿Do you need GPS experience to take part?
No. Our activity leaders will explain how the device or app we will use works. They are easy to use, as the real challenge lies in interpreting all the clues and mobilising the group to avoid delays or detours.
¿Is it a physically demanding activity?
You will need to walk a certain distance, but the activity is suitable for everyone. In an initial meeting, we will analyse the different profiles in your team to prepare an inclusive activity that does not pose an extra difficulty for anyone.
¿Where can Geocaching Explorers be organised?
The best places are urban parks, natural settings or even the historic centre of your city. It needs to be an accessible place where we can position objects and clues without interfering with other passers-by.
At Wevents we have organised Geocaching Explorers in Madrid and Barcelona, as well as in other cities on the peninsula. We coordinate the activity leaders and find the best space for the activity, looking for an indoor option in case the weather is not favourable.
