How much does it cost to organise a convention?
What matters is not how much it costs, as that depends on countless factors, but the budget you have available. At Wevents, we will adapt to it without caveats, achieving the best possible result.
How far in advance should you start?
Our experience tells us two things: the sooner the better, and at least 3 or 4 months for small/medium-sized events and 6 for large conventions.
Do you also find and manage the venue?
Yes. In fact, that is one of the tasks where we can add the most value. We know the best venues in most major cities and whether they fit the idea you have in mind.
How do you prevent the convention from becoming tedious?
This is usually the hardest part and the mistake most companies make. The key is to alternate between formats, include strategic activation moments and avoid making the overall duration excessively long.
Can you take care of registrations, badges and attendee support?
Yes. We have different platforms to provide control, registration and support for every attendee. Everyone will feel exceptionally well looked after.
Do you offer streaming or a hybrid format?
Of course. We understand that sometimes an attendee or part of your team may be unable to travel, so they will also be able to watch the event live in 4K quality and with carefully managed sound.
