How does the Squid Game activity work?
01. We create the teams
- We will start by dividing the participants into groups, each with 1,000 points. Every decision you make from now on will have an impact on the group, so think it through carefully.
02. We enter the game
- People in uniform will appear (don’t worry, they are actors) to explain the rules, introduce you to the story and guide you throughout the experience. If you have seen the series, you will be amazed by how authentic it feels.
03. We overcome the challenges
- The challenges are varied. Some require a little more coordination, others ingenuity and others will put your creativity to the test. For example, carrying a marble together or building a tower against the clock.
04. We protect our points
- If you overcome the challenge, you keep the points. If you fail, points will be deducted. Don’t worry, as no participant is eliminated. No watching the fun from afar, everyone stays in until the end.
05. We reach the final game
- When you complete the course, we will review the scores and… yes, there will be a winning team. Afterwards there will be a closing session to celebrate and discuss the highlights. Our experience tells us this is remembered in the office for weeks.

In this activity you will have to make decisions under pressure and share responsibilities. The key is to adapt the team so that everyone does what they do best and create a strategy that works for each challenge.

How does a Squid Game experience for companies begin?
The first and most spectacular part is the themed welcome, where you will see how the actors immerse you in the game and explain the most important rules.
