In Formula GT, the participants in your team building will become the leaders of an entire motor racing team. And like any racing team, you will have to create your own car.
Each team will do everything possible to build the best racing car, with its chassis, its bodywork, its wheels… Everything. Then you will have to check whether the decisions you think are brilliant, are just as good in motion. If it holds up to the finish line… that will be your great success.

This is how the Formula GT activity works
01. We set up the racing teams
- We will divide you into teams of between 8 and 15 people. You will have at your disposal all the necessary plans, the materials (wood and cardboard) and everything you need to get to work.
02. We hand out something more important than the overalls
- It is time to see who takes care of the design, assembly, decoration and even who drives. Although not everyone will do the same thing, everyone will have something to contribute to make the car competitive.
03. We build the prototype
- We get to work building, assembling the different wheels and turning the jumble of materials into a proper car. Problems will arise and you will have to make decisions. Unity and cooperation will be the keys to your success.
04. We pass the technical inspection
- Before the race, there will be an initial safety test. We will see whether what you have built is stable, handles well and can withstand the bends.
05. We take to the track
- Once your cars are finished and safe… the race begins! You will use “human power” to reach the finish line, there will even be pit stops and, as in any race, the aim will be to finish first. At the end there will be a trophy presentation for several categories.

How do you go from sheets of cardboard to a racing car?
It is the question most people ask before starting the activity. It seems difficult, but it can be done. We will give you a briefing before you start with the rules and the materials. Then you will form the racing teams and study the plans, making all the strategic decisions that are necessary.
Do you need to know about mechanics to take part?
None at all. We will give you all the step-by-step instructions you need to build the vehicle. Very different profiles can take part, among whom some will feel more comfortable reading the plans, others assembling, others organising timings or even decorating.
One of the key features and benefits of Formula GT is discovering the strengths of each member of your team. The best racing team is not usually the one with the best engineers, but the one that coordinates the different profiles best.
Which teams enjoy an activity like Formula GT the most?

The usual setup is around 25 participants, divided into teams of between 8 and 15 people. Do not worry, we can also adapt to larger teams.
Do you need to hire a circuit?
There is no need to hold the activity at a professional circuit. We can organise it in indoor spaces (as long as they are spacious), and outdoors where there is a flat and safe surface for the race.

How much does it cost to put a Formula GT on the grid?
The budget depends on the number of participants, the city, the chosen venue and the event production requirements. The activity lasts approximately three hours and includes the instructors and the materials needed to build the cars.
