Enjoy MasterChef with your company
Forget job titles and pending tasks. Now the ingredients and your ability to organise yourselves to create a five-star menu are in charge. If the result is edible, you’ll be well on your way.
Will you be able to get the order out?
A cooking competition with your team.
The hungriest for success will win.
Inspired by the famous TV cooking competitions, you’ll hit the grills as a team to enjoy a fun culinary experience. We’ll take care of all event safety and explain how to make sure everything turns out Michelin-star worthy.
The challenge is to create between 5 and 6 different dishes, but here’s the important part: you won’t be able to follow a recipe. You’ll only have ingredients, utensils and the support of professional chefs. Everything else is up to you.

SUCCESS STORIES
our clients
This is how the MasterChef activity works step by step
01. We put on our aprons
- We start by arriving at the venue, washing our hands and putting on our cooking gear. We’ll give you a full briefing with safety measures so that nobody cuts or burns themselves. After all, this is a proper kitchen.
02. We form balanced teams
- Your staff is divided into teams of between 8 and 15 people. We’ll ask about your culinary experience to form balanced teams. Don’t worry, you can organise yourselves however you like.
03. We open the pantry
- You’ll be given the ingredients, but never the recipe. You’ll have to organise yourselves and divide up tasks without knowing what lies ahead. If something doesn’t go to plan (this will happen sooner or later), it’ll be up to you to find a solution that doesn’t spoil the final dish.
04. We plate up before time runs out
- As in the famous competition, you’ll have a time limit to plate up your creations. Professional chefs will be on hand to answer questions and lend a hand when needed.
05. We share and taste the result
- We place all the dishes on a large table so that everyone can taste them. Creativity, flavour, presentation… you know, all the usual culinary criteria are assessed. At the end, you’ll be able to discuss what went well and applaud the best chefs.

DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS?
Will we have a recipe to follow during the activity?
No, and that is precisely one of the keys to the activity. You’ll have ingredients and guidance from the chefs, but the dishes will come from your imagination and judgement. The best part will be seeing different ways of reaching the same result… or something similar.
Do you need to know how to cook to take part?
No, although we expect there to be people in each group who are quite keen cooks. Make sure you organise the groups evenly so that each one has someone who knows what they’re doing. Remember that the aim is to work as a team to get everything ready on time (and ideally make sure it’s edible).
How many people can fit in the kitchen?
We organise teams of between 8 and 15 participants, with a maximum of 300 people in total. It will all depend on the size of your staff, but also on the available space.
If the group is large, we can coordinate shifts, materials and preparation areas so that everyone can take part.
Do we need a professional kitchen?
We will need a space suitable for food preparation. We’ve run this activity in cookery schools and specially equipped venues.
At Wevents, we take care of finding the ideal venue, travelling with our team to cities across Spain.
How much does it cost to put your chefs to the test?
The budget depends on the number of participants, the city, the venue, the menu and additional services. The activity usually lasts between an hour and a half and two hours and includes ingredients, utensils and instructors.
