This is how an art & wine team building unfolds step by step
01. We choose the artwork and format
- Choose from one of the options we already have or create your own unique piece linked to your company. You will also decide whether each of you paints your own piece or you build something together.
02. We lose our fear of the blank canvas
- You don't need to be the reincarnation of Picasso. Just pick up the materials and follow an artist who will guide you through your first strokes. Follow the rhythm and lose your fear of trying.
03. Each person starts painting
- With some music in the background and a little wine, building your work of art will be much more enjoyable. Take the opportunity to chat with people you may not see so much in your day-to-day work.
04. The paintings start to blend together
- If you choose a collaborative activity, you will swap the pieces, rotate the canvases and let several colleagues contribute to the same painting. Whether it turns out better or worse, it will be the work you have created together.
05. We toast to something worth displaying
- At the end, we bring all the pieces together and see the final result. You can keep them as a souvenir or combine everything into a large company mural and display it in the office.

¿Do you need to know how to paint to take part?
Not at all, in fact it will be more fun if you do not know how. This activity is for people with no painting experience, and we have an artist who will guide you through each step.
¿Does each person paint their own picture?
It depends on the activity you prefer. You can choose individual canvases or make a jigsaw mural together. The latter is usually more fun, although also more chaotic. It is great for improving cohesion between departments.
¿What happens if someone does not drink alcohol?
Although the activity is called Art and Wine, wine is by no means compulsory. You can ask for juices, soft drinks or even simply water. The catering can be adapted to the needs of the event, as long as we specify this during its planning.
¿Can we run the Art & Wine activity in our office?
Yes. We can organise it in a studio or bring it to your premises. We will bring all the canvases, paints, brushes, protection and the artist’s guidance. At Wevents we coordinate the set-up in Madrid, Barcelona and other cities in Spain.
