01. Before the event

Do you organise company presentations throughout Spain?
Yes. We organise company presentations anywhere in Spain, from cities such as Barcelona, Madrid or Valencia to other provincial capitals and towns across the country.
We work with a network of suppliers and venues that enables us to guarantee the same level of coordination and quality regardless of location. The city is no barrier to creating a presentation aligned with your company’s objectives.
How far in advance should a presentation be prepared to ensure it goes well?
It depends greatly on the size and complexity. We recommend at least 2 or 3 months for small events and more than 6 months if you want something large and truly ambitious.
Do you also take care of the script and narrative, or only the production?
Yes, at Wevents we take care of everything. We will meet with you as often as necessary to find the right message. Only then will we begin producing the event itself.
Can you create a hybrid or streamed presentation without the online audience feeling like an afterthought?
To achieve this, we work with professional cameras, top-quality sound and a pace that works both inside the room and on a computer or even a mobile screen. The idea is for the online audience to enjoy an experience as complete as the in-person audience.
Do you provide anything after the event to make the most of the presentation?
In addition to the operational wrap-up, we can provide edited photos and videos, short social media pieces, final materials and a feedback summary if you would like to use surveys.
