What is
Team Building
DESAFÍO TIPIS for companies?
Can you imagine building teepees with your team, designing their decoration and competing for the most functional and original one? In this Team Building experience, participants are divided by clans to face a construction challenge that mixes creativity, coordination, strategy and lots of fun.
The key will be in the distribution of tasks, planning and the involvement of everyone. Each team will have to assemble its teepee with the materials available, pass small tests to obtain extra resources and decorate it with its own identity. Stability, design, tribal history and final presentation of the space will be valued.
As a final touch, all teams present their teepees and a symbolic ceremony is held to celebrate the joint effort. An outdoor experience that strengthens bonds, develops cooperation and leaves a very visual collective memory.
