A TEAM BUILDING EXPERIENCE DESIGNED TO CONNECT TEAMS
When different teams work together, they do not always have time to get to know one another beyond their day-to-day tasks. Jotun wanted to create those moments. We designed a two-day experience in nature, with team-building activities, shared meals and activities designed to help people collaborate, relax and connect in a different setting.

A PLACE AWAY FROM THE ROUTINE
Jotun needed to take the team out of its usual working environment. We organised a two-day stay surrounded by nature so that people could rest, switch off and connect in a different setting.
ACTIVITIES TO BRING DEPARTMENTS TOGETHER
We designed activities in which everyone took part, such as human table football, volleyball with bands and other collaborative challenges, so that the teams could mix, get to know one another better and work side by side.
MOMENTS BEYOND THE GAMES
The event combined activities, catered meals and shared spaces so that people could also chat and get to know one another calmly at their own pace.
