How does the Viking Ship Team Building work?
01. We divide up the crew
- Your workforce will have to split into small teams, each with a different mission. The objective is the same, the tasks are not.
02. The expedition begins
- They will receive instructions that they must interpret and assign the tasks to whoever they think will do them best. Time flies and crucial decisions will have to be made to move forward.
03. We put coordination to the test
- Although the first pieces fit together, the first doubts and setbacks soon appear. A united team will know how to communicate with one another and, if they have to change strategy, do so without problems.
04. We bring all the work together
- As each team works independently, there will come a point when they have to connect to form the structure. This is where you see the difference between an isolated workforce and one that knows how to row in the same direction.
05. We complete the personalised Viking Ship
- After a few hours, you will see the great result. A giant 14-metre ship that you have made yourselves, thanks to a shared effort. You will take away a unique team photo and you can personalise it with your company logo or corporate colours.

DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS?
How does the Viking Ship experience begin?
The first thing you will have is a welcome with music and a few brief activities to get you going. In many cases, it is normal to arrive feeling a certain amount of tension or even the opposite, with slightly low energy. This challenge requires less strength than coordination and constant presence.
Then it is time to form teams. Here, you have complete freedom. You can do it randomly or according to whatever criteria you prefer. The mission will be explained to you, tasks will be assigned and each group will take charge of a specific part of the ship (it is 14 metres long, so there is plenty to go around).
From here, everything will flow naturally until the Viking ship is standing. Enjoy!
What challenges and objectives can my team achieve with this team building?
We know that the first thing that catches the eye is the size of the ship, but what is really interesting is how it is built.
Here it is important to know how to manage time and plan each task intelligently, a quality that is highly valued in any company.
Then you will have to solve problems (they always arise) and make sure communication flows smoothly, without falling into the classic “Chinese whispers”.
The most interesting thing is seeing how your employees respond to difficulties, when that first strategy that seemed certain turns out not to work and you have to improvise.
If one part fails, the ship is not completed, so you will see leadership and teamwork encouraged like never before. It will help you see which profiles take the lead and which perform better under pressure.
This activity seems difficult, who leads it?
The whole experience is led by our team, specialists in group activities. They will introduce the challenge and the rules and support participants with the natural questions that can always arise.
The rest is entirely yours. Leaders will emerge, others will be appointed, but everything will take place under our supervision to ensure the safety and smooth running of the event.
What budget do I need?
As with almost all our activities, there is no fixed price; it depends on how many participants there are, where you want to carry out the activity or the city where it takes place.
Bear in mind that the activity usually takes between 2 and 4 hours and that we can accommodate groups from 30 to 400 people.
At the initial meeting you can tell us how many people there are and where you plan to hold your team building. We take care of everything else.
