Corporate Cinema is the creative activity you need to become real film crews. You’ll develop your own story or adapt a well-known one (while keeping it original), writing the dialogue and coordinating the different actors with the props you need.
If you prefer something more “practical”, you can also create your own advert. It’s a brilliant opportunity to get your marketing moving with your products or services. We’ll help you with equipment, as well as storytelling guidelines and general support.

How we set up a Corporate Cinema team building
01. We choose which film we want to shoot
- We start with a briefing to present the challenge and let you decide whether you want a short film or an advert. You’ll see how much time you have available and the materials and criteria for achieving a decent result.
02. We form the film crews
- You’ll split into groups of 8 to 15 people. This is like a real shoot, everyone will have a role (directing, scriptwriting, acting, wardrobe…) and the key will be coordinating with each other to finish with a quality product.
03. The idea has to become a script
- You’ll start by writing an initial synopsis, ordering the scenes and preparing the dialogue. We’ll give you professional guidelines so you can structure the story as well as possible and see whether the idea is viable or too ambitious.
04. We build the universe with what we have
- There’ll be plenty of props for dressing up or getting into costume for your characters, as well as a space to rehearse and shoot. What Hollywood solves with special effects… you’ll have to pull off with creativity and plenty of flair.
05. We shoot and present the production
- Each team will have its turn to perform and record its pieces, sharing the result with the whole company. We can finish with a group screening and, if you fancy it, a fun awards ceremony, recognising creativity and teamwork.

¿What skills are developed in Corporate Cinema?
It’s the perfect activity for encouraging creativity and communication between different people in charge. It also helps reveal that less visible side of your colleagues and strengthen confidence in front of an audience. If you choose an advert, it’s also a good time to reinforce the company’s values.
¿Do you need to know how to act or shoot a film?
No. In fact, the less you know, the more fun and rewarding it will be. We have facilitators who’ll give you instructions and basic advice on structuring the story.
Bear in mind that there are roles for very different profiles. Someone will have to write, someone else direct, organise, act, prepare costumes, coordinate the shoot, etc. If someone contributes more behind the camera than in front of it… all the better.
¿How many people take part and where can it be organised?
Teams usually consist of between 8 and 15 people. The experience lasts around two hours and we can scale it up for larger groups by creating several film units working in parallel. A full-blown Hollywood production.
We can set it up in your offices, but also in hotels, convention centres and event venues as long as there’s enough space. At Wevents, we take care of location management and production in Madrid, Barcelona and other cities in Spain.
