How the effective communication activity unfolds step by step
01. We define what the team needs to improve
- The priority is to define a clear objective. You can work on reducing misunderstandings, improving coordination between areas or anything else you can think of. This allows us to propose activities with real, meaningful impact.
02. We set the first challenge
- We start with the first situation. You will have to gather information distributed among the different members and organise yourselves to understand the challenge properly. Sharing is the key to success.
03. Communication is put to the test
- Every single game you take part in will put you in the same situation. You will have to listen, ask questions, be precise with your explanations and make sure the message has been understood properly. If something goes wrong, you will see it in the results.
04. We stop to understand what happened
- Each activity will then include a moment for reflection. You will see useful behaviours (and less useful ones) and the decisions that influenced whether everything went better or worse. We will help you connect all of this with your day-to-day work.
05. We leave with specific commitments
- We end the activity with a series of proposals for improvement. Those practices that helped you get through the games are the ones you will need to maintain to communicate more clearly.
