How to prepare a cinematic Flashmob step by step
01. We choose the moment for the surprise
- In a flashmob, the most important thing is choosing the right moment to surprise everyone. Then it is time to define the song, the difficulty of the dance and, above all, where it will take place. You also decide whether the whole company will do it or just part of the team.
02. We warm up and lose our inhibitions
- Let us be honest: at first, it is all awkward faces and slightly embarrassed looks. Luckily, that quickly passes and is replaced by laughter and fun. You will gradually loosen up and get the rhythm.
03. We rehearse in sections
- No one here is a professional or trying to be one, so we will divide the rehearsal into short sequences and then connect them. Our instructors will have you repeat the movements and adjust positions so everything works and does not look shabby.
04. We add staging
- Dancing with style is almost as important as making it look good visually. Costumes and make-up take centre stage in this activity. The full performance is rehearsed with all of this and then you will be ready to deliver the big surprise.
05. We dance and record it
- It is time to perform the Flashmob. We will record you with professional cameras to capture the performance and create a final video edit that you can share throughout the company and on your professional social networks.

¿Do you need to know how to dance to take part?
The question we are asked most often. The answer is clear: you do not need to know how to dance, you just need enthusiasm and the desire to take part. Our choreographers will adapt the difficulty to the group’s abilities, teaching each movement step by step.
¿How many people can take part and how long does it last?
The activity usually lasts between an hour and a half and two hours and can be organised for groups of up to 300 participants. Depending on the participants, we will adjust the choreography and the number of rehearsals.
¿Where can a corporate Flashmob be organised?
You can do it in your own offices, if there is enough space, but you can also take the opportunity to perform it in hotels and convention venues.
Of course, any outdoor space is welcome for the activity and makes everything much easier. In these cases, we take care of managing permits for both use of the space and filming.
¿How much does it cost to organise a Flashmob for companies?
The budget depends on how many people want to take part, the number of rehearsals and the complexity of the choreography you want to do.
