Ready to beat the record?
DIFFERENT CHALLENGES AND A SINGLE MISSION.
GO HOME WITH THE MEDAL.
This team activity will help your team switch off with low-impact physical challenges. Your employees will have to coordinate, communicate and organise themselves. And no, you don’t need to be Usain Bolt to win the medal.
Create your own flag and decide how to tackle the competition. Take to the field and rack up points. The best part? You’ll experience the day as if you were inside a sports broadcast.

How does the Mini Olympics Team Building work?
01. We form the delegations
- You’ll have to divide the participants into balanced teams of between 8 and 15 people. You can create your own flag with a shared identity. This makes everything more fun.
02. We hold the opening ceremony
- Yes, there will be an opening ceremony just like at the Olympic Games. We’ll use it to explain the rules and how the challenges work. It’s the moment to get competitive with your rivals, always respectfully, because you’ll have to see them back at the office afterwards.
03. The challenges begin
- You’ll move through different challenges that require organisation and communication on your part. Don’t worry, they aren’t high-impact physical challenges, you’ll just have to make decisions so that everyone does what they’re best at.
04. We add up points and excitement
- We have judges who will record all the scores, while a genuine professional commentator narrates what is happening on the field of play. It’ll be fun to see your strategies and there’s sure to be the odd epic comeback.
05. We step onto the podium
- The closing ceremony couldn’t be left out. We’ll announce the results and you’ll come up to collect your medals and trophies. At the end, you’ll all celebrate together. Because the real winners are the company and your staff.

DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS?
How does this activity start?
The first thing you’ll have is a general welcome and an opening ceremony. We’ll explain the general rules and how the activity works.
Then it’ll be your turn to form teams and personalise your own flag. Here you’ll break the ice, start organising responsibilities and reach the field of play as true fans of your makeshift team.
Finally, the master of ceremonies starts the competition and it’ll be time to take on the challenges.
Where can corporate Mini Olympics be organised?
This activity needs a fairly large area to set up the different game stations. Sports venues, parks, gardens, estates or dedicated event venues all work for us.
Don’t worry, we’ve run this activity several times in different cities across Spain and the first thing we’ll do is find you the perfect space so your team can feel as comfortable as possible.
How many people can take part in the Mini Olympics?
It’s an activity designed for groups of many sizes, from 10 participants to 200. The important thing is to group yourselves into teams of between 8 and 15 people so the challenges run smoothly and everyone takes part. Otherwise, it would be very boring.
Are there more than 200 of you? Let us know in advance and we’ll work out a specific setup based on the space we have and the format of the rest of the day.
Do you have to be fit to take part?
By far the question we’re asked most often and the easiest to answer.
No.
The challenges are low-impact physically and virtually anyone can do them. What matters, 99% of the time, is that you cooperate and communicate. Oh, and that you use your heads to bring out all your ingenuity too.
In any case, before the event we recommend reviewing the group’s characteristics and adapting the challenges so that overall participation is balanced and inclusive.
How much does it cost to organise Mini Olympics for companies?
The budget isn’t fixed, as it varies depending on the number of participants and the services you want to add. If you want to add catering, prizes or extra customisation options, the price may also vary.
The important thing is to define what you want in an initial meeting and agree a realistic budget that matches your objectives.
