MUSICAL BINGO for companies
No waiting for your number to come up. Here you have to recognise the song before the opposing team. Then you will not get out of singing it, of course. Each card is an excuse to compete, listen and have a good time.
Are you a musical encyclopaedia or do you need a hearing aid?
Forget the numbers.
This bingo comes through your ears.
Musical bingo divides participants into teams, which receive cards full of song titles or musical references. Song excerpts are played and the team that recognises them can complete its lines… until they get bingo.
Depending on the stage of the game, you will have to do quite a bit more than recognise the song. You may be asked to sing, dance… whatever comes up. Perfect team building to break the ice and take part as a team. Let the music play!

SUCCESS STORIES
Our clients
This is how we run a musical bingo step by step
01. We hand out cards and form teams
- We explain the rules, form the groups and give you the cards. Be careful, there are several ways to win here and correct answers that may require you to put on a little performance. You have been warned….
02. The playlist starts playing
- You will hear excerpts of well-known songs being played. Some more familiar, some less… but between you all, you have to try to work them out or mark the matches on your cards.
03. We sing the lines
- If a group completes a combination, they will have to announce it and undergo a quick little check. It is important to be quick, but do not rush and call bingo on the wrong song. You will look very silly.
04. We take to the stage
- As this is all about having fun and team building, you will be invited to dance, sing the choruses and take on small challenges that will help keep the energy sky-high. No, you do not need to be professionals, just keen to have a good time.
05. We finish with the big bingo
- The final round decides the winners and the prizes are handed out. It all ends with plenty of music and a few iconic moments that are sure to be remembered at the next company dinner.
WHY Wevents?
More than 9 years creating something different
We have organised +100 team-building events with impactful formats that encourage active participation. We advise you to find that unique idea that will make your conference unforgettable.
We bring the best event you can imagine to life
Whatever your budget, we will optimise every part of the investment to give you an unbeatable result. You will see everything in a 100% transparent report.
You only have to say yes or no
We take care of the rest. That frees you from all the work so you can focus on enjoying the event. Of course, you will know what is happening at all times.
DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS?
Do you need to know a lot about music to take part?
No. This is not made for musical scholars. You will hear completely recognisable songs and, as you are in teams, what one person does not recognise, another will. If you have to sing or dance, technique will not be judged, only your willingness to help make the event fun. We get thanked a lot for that last part.
Can Musical Bingo be personalised?
Of course. A group with an average age of 30 is not the same as one with an average age of 56. We adapt the playlist to your tastes, languages or age range, as well as adding songs associated with the company if there are any. As long as there is a broad repertoire… the party is guaranteed.
Where can Musical Bingo for companies be organised?
It is a team-building activity suitable for many different spaces, and can be held in your own office, but also in function rooms and event venues.
At Wevents, we can organise a complete Musical Bingo experience in Madrid and Barcelona as well as other cities in Spain. Tell us what your company needs and we will prepare a tailored quote for you.
How much does it cost to organise Musical Bingo?
It all depends on the number of participants, the city, the venue, the sound, the prizes and the personalisation. This format usually lasts around two hours and is designed for groups of 25 to 100 people.
