How the Save the Planet team building works
01. We introduce the emergency
- Our facilitators will explain the challenge and its rules. You are facing an environmental mission of the utmost importance and the information will be distributed among the different participants.
02. We form the response teams
- Organise yourselves into groups and assess your resources. There are different roles, so you will have to decide who does each part and distribute the clues intelligently.
03. We overcome the sustainability challenges
- The challenges involve ingenuity and coordination and the theme is what you might imagine: habits, consumption, waste, resources… By solving each challenge you will progress towards the final mission.
04. We turn ideas into a plan
- Now comes the most important part: preparing a joint proposal as a team. The measures you put forward, which you must justify, will be assessed, along with a good dose of creativity.
05. We share the result
- All the groups present their solutions and different approaches are compared. It is time to applaud the best ideas and take the lessons learned away to put them into practice in the company's day-to-day work.
