Solidarity Bicycles is a group team building activity in which you will assemble bicycles for those who need them most. To add the teamwork element, you will have to complete the assembly by overcoming a series of challenges and managing fictitious money to obtain the parts.
You will have to organise the construction from start to finish, making sure that the bicycle is assembled correctly. To finish off, you will create an advert to present it, drawing on ingenuity, communication and, why not, a little of your company values.

This is how the Solidarity Bicycles experience is built
01. We turn the challenges into budget
- You will start the activity by overcoming a series of challenges. If you succeed in them, you will earn fictitious money with which to buy parts and materials. You will have to think about how to spend that budget wisely.
02. We design the purchasing strategy
- Once you have all the resources in your hands, you will decide which parts to use and how to organise the tasks. Everything will have to be well distributed and controlled so that you do not all end up using the same tools at the same time.
03. We get the bicycle standing
- You will start assembling the solidarity bicycle with the support and guidance of our instructors. It is important here to be precise and well coordinated. No matter how charitable it is, a bicycle needs to have properly working brakes and wheels.
04. The marketing department takes centre stage
- When you consider the assembly finished, the most fun part arrives. It is time to make an advert to present your creation. You will have to give it an approach that makes sense with what you have done. The budget is not that of a conventional campaign, so you will have to improvise.
05. We discover who all this was for
- The activity ends by presenting the bicycles and handing them over to the recipients or to the beneficiary organisation that has been coordinated for the event. You will remember the result achieved together and leave with the satisfaction of giving a lovely gift to those who will appreciate it most.

¿What will my team work on besides tightening the screws?
This activity is perfect for working on communication within your group when shaping the bicycle. But it also helps to foster creativity. It will help you identify the strengths of each team and employee, as well as reinforce the sense of belonging by associating the company with a charitable initiative you can be proud of.
¿Do you need mechanical knowledge to assemble the bicycles?
No. You will receive all the necessary instructions and tools from our instructors. We will accompany you throughout the process to answer questions, while your mission will be to coordinate as effectively as possible to deliver the finished bicycle.
¿How many people can take part and where is it organised?
Teams usually consist of between 8 and 15 people. We can increase or reduce the total number with several groups working in parallel. That said, the space needs to be suitable for organising the challenges comfortably.
Solidarity Bicycles can be held indoors or outdoors. At Wevents, we take care of finding the best space and coordinating everything, also managing the materials and the beneficiary organisation for the bicycles.
