In this outdoor experience you will travel through a natural environment alongside our specialist instructors. It is the perfect opportunity to learn basic wilderness survival skills and face challenges as a group.
It is not a dangerous activity, everything will take place in controlled environments and the level of challenge will be adjusted to your preferences. What you will do is work on your communication and ability to respond to adversity, all in an entertaining and safe way.

How Survival works from start to finish
01. We start with the briefing
- Our expert instructors will explain the route and the basic safety rules. They will make sure the environment is in good condition and supervise that the level of exertion is suited to your group's circumstances. We do not want the experience to be uncomfortable or unpleasant.
02. We assign roles without looking at job titles
- Forget about job titles within the company. Here, whoever feels best equipped to face the different challenges will take on responsibility and leadership. A good opportunity to work with different profiles in high-pressure situations.
03. We turn what you learn into solutions
- The instructors will give you clues and advice along the route so that you can survive in the wild. You will have to manage your resources and make sure the whole group is moving in the same direction.
04. We overcome challenges without leaving anyone behind
- You will need to coordinate well and stay focused at all times. The plan may change, so adaptability will always be a plus. It is not a physical competition, nobody will be left out and you will all enjoy the experience.
05. We return with more than just mud on our trainers
- Once you reach the destination successfully, we will share everything you have learnt. We will recognise the best decisions, who took the lead and which behaviours can be applied to the company's day-to-day work.

¿Do you need to be a survival expert to take part?
No. Our instructors make sure you have all the basic knowledge you need and will adapt the difficulty to your team profile. Bear in mind that, as this is an activity in nature, it will require a minimum level of physical effort and a willingness to move, so we recommend comfortable clothing and good footwear. Leave your finest clothes at home, you will not need them.
¿What skills are developed in this team building activity?
The activity tests communication, the distribution of responsibilities and creativity when solving problems. It is great because it allows you to make decisions in a context that is less predictable than usual.
It also helps strengthen interpersonal relationships and the sense of belonging, because to make progress you will need to share information constantly and move at a common pace.
