How the Virtual Reality activity works step by step
01. We prepare the space and equipment
- First we have to install the devices and mark out the play area. Then we will need to organise the turns and check that you can all take part safely and comfortably.
02. We explain how to enter the environment
- Before you start saving the world, we will give you a brief tutorial on how to use the headsets and move the controls. Nobody is born knowing how.
03. We assign the mission
- You split into teams and we give you a clear and concise objective. You will have to share information with each other, because each person will have to take care of a specific task in order to progress through the different scenarios.
04. The virtual world responds
- The fully immersive experience begins. Each team will have to solve a series of challenges and adapt its strategy to whatever happens. If any issue arises or you have any questions, technicians will be supervising the activity.
05. We return to the real world
- We review the results as soon as you finish and share everything we have learnt. You will realise each person’s strengths and end up understanding the advantages of collaborating with everyone (or understanding them even more clearly).

No. Before the activity there will be an initial explanation and support to resolve any last-minute technical questions. The missions are designed so that technology is never a barrier, but a source of support.
¿What happens if someone gets motion sickness or does not want to use the headsets?
It is not common, but some people may experience motion sickness when using virtual reality headsets. If that happens, there are complementary roles within the team to allow comfortable participation.
¿Where can a Virtual Reality activity be organised?
