Organizing a five-day international conference with over 1,400 attendees involves coordinating far more than just what takes place on stage.
Wevents handled the entire organization and production of the event, including multiple venues, vendors, staff, security, protocol, lighting and sound technicians, camera crews, streaming, special effects, and setup and teardown.
