Scopely needed to foster stronger connections between departments that, in their day-to-day work, rarely had the chance to interact.
To address this, they teamed up with Wevents to bring over 700 people together for a massive seaside Summer Party—an event designed to encourage mixing, sharing, and getting to know one another through games, music, and activities in a completely different setting.

A beach club in Barcelona became a meeting point to bring together people from different departments and countries in an atmosphere completely removed from the office.

A giant foosball table, a swimming pool, a dunk tank, inflatables, tarot readings, body art, and various stations—allowing everyone to choose how to participate and with whom to share each moment.
