The first part was dedicated to sharing knowledge, while the second featured the Formula GT activity—a dynamic in which each “racing team” had to design, build, and test its own single-seater car.

The day began with presentations and talks on company updates and industry trends.
Each team created its own racing team.
After the talks, the participants divided up the tasks of design, assembly, decoration, safety, and driving to build their own Formula 1 car from scratch.

The Formula GT activity transformed the group into several racing teams that had to combine creativity, organization, and coordination to build a vehicle capable of passing the tests required to compete in the final race.
