Bring your team together and move away from the usual format
There are two ways to make your team work better. One is to try to do it in a dull and uninspiring environment and the other is to make the most of a top city in our region. Because Vigo offers you the sea, industry and gastronomy that ensures everything goes well.
At Wevents, we know that a good team building is one that meets your business objectives. But we are also aware that a good setting helps, and a lot. If you want us to manage your team building in Vigo, contact us and we will take care of everything.
Vigo is a top setting for bringing teams together by the Atlantic
A city like Vigo can be a fantastic destination for organising a team building. After all, it is a city open to the sea, breathing industry, port life and urban life as soon as you set foot in it.
At Wevents we can create experiences with a clear Atlantic inspiration, activities in any of the outdoor spaces the city offers, such as the Vigo estuary, the Cíes Islands, Samil Beach or Monte O Castro.
In general, it is a perfect city for doing business. Although we know that what you need is for your team to stay cohesive while you improve certain aspects or celebrate a recent achievement. Don’t worry, we will listen to your idea and adapt it to that great objective.
You tell us where your teamis at. We make itshine.
The best thing about Vigo is that we can coordinate different team building proposals according to your business context. In other words, whatever you need, we have something you will love.
- For sales or management teams: we propose strategic challenges, launch leadership activities and round things off with something gastronomic that makes all the difference.
- For operational or industrial teams: we look for something collaborative that encourages coordination and communication. We can look for something that boosts efficiency and safety.
- For creative or marketing teams: experiential workshops or urban challenges are the order of the day here, and in Vigo they are usually great fun as they are inspired by the city.
- For companies celebrating achievements: we opt for something more playful, such as a treasure hunt, a nautical activity and, as always, a great gastronomic finale with typical Vigo dishes.
- For hybrid or newly merged teams: we organise activities to build trust, integrate staff and help them acquire a little corporate culture.
- For conventions or annual meetings: we can integrate the team building into a larger day, with an activity, meal, presentation and closing.

Is it possible to do a team building in Vigo even if it rains?
Yes. In general, we tend to favour activities that involve the outdoors, but we always have a Plan B in case the weather prevents us from doing so. We know the best hotels, rooms, restaurants and corporate spaces for this.
