TEAM BUILDING ORGANISATION IN
Córdoba
We organise team building activities for companies in Córdoba, so your team can enjoy themselves while you can delegate everything with peace of mind.
Why choose us to bring your team together?
Wevents is a professional event organisation agency. This means we have spent years turning teams who have only just met or barely spend time together into an inseparable family.
We help you achieve your business objectives. More than just a fun day, we create an unforgettable memory and turn your employees into devoted fans of your company. Shall we get started?
WE TAKE CARE OF FINDING THE BEST ONE FOR YOUR COMPANY.
Córdoba is (for your team) much more than a charming city.
If you combine incomparable heritage with centuries of history, cuisine that few places can match and a top corporate experience, you get a city like Córdoba. It is a convenient destination if your team is coming from any city in Andalusia, as it is perfectly connected via the AVE.
At Wevents we know that Córdoba is a destination with many layers, an incredible historic centre, beautiful courtyards, views of the Guadalquivir River, Sierra Morena… everything. That said, to make the most of it and ensure your team experiences a day that genuinely brings them together, strategy and experience are needed. Leave the latter to us.
Team building ideas that bring your team together and motivate your staff.
Having a clear objective for your team building event in Córdoba is the difference between a fun day and an initiative that keeps your HR director satisfied for months. To achieve this, priorities need to be defined.
For example, if you want to improve communication, we can organise corporate treasure hunts around the Jewish Quarter or the Roman Bridge. If you want to motivate the team, we can head to the Guadalquivir for kayaking or rafting, and if you want to celebrate results, we can prepare a gastronomic experience at Bodegas Campos or set up your own private space.
We know the bestvenues, all that's left is foryou to enjoy them.
Choosing the ideal venue for your team building event is 90% of its success. Because the right space supports, guides and channels the different activities so that your team genuinely feels at ease.
- Córdoba Conference Centre: if you need a team building event with good audiovisual production or you are simply a large company that wants to accommodate hundreds of people, this is your place.
- Bodegas Campos: we mentioned it earlier, but it is perfect for company lunches, dinners and gastronomic experiences in general. It has no fewer than 13 rooms, with spaces for up to 270 people.
- Hospes Palacio del Bailío: if you want to hold a management meeting in a premium setting or for incentive trips.
- H10 Palacio Colomera: something top-notch in the centre, good accommodation and beautiful rooms with natural light.
- Medina Azahara: there must be a strong option for cultural activities and experiences built around a historical narrative.
We select the team building formatthat fits you best.
A small group is not the same as a large one, although at Wevents we make sure everything is a success, whatever your group size. What does matter is choosing the most suitable experience according to the size of your team:
- For small groups of 10 to 25 people: we create carefully designed, creative experiences or even guided tours with a gastronomic finale.
- For medium-sized groups of 25 to 80 people: fun treasure hunts in the historic centre or outdoor activities in nature are a very good idea.
- For large groups of more than 80 people: we move on to ambitious venues such as the Conference Centre, CEFC Córdoba or Bodegas Campos, making your strong corporate presence felt.
At Wevents we give you theproposal… and make ithappen.
There is no point in meeting and giving you a wonderful idea if we then fail to make it happen. We offer you much more than standalone activities, we bring everything together so that it is a complete, carefully planned experience for your attendees.
You tell us how many people you will be, what you want to achieve and the kind of day you have in mind for your team. We take care of:
- Finding the best space possible and one that suits your company philosophy.
- Designing tailor-made activities with strict timings (that are actually met).
- Coordinating the entire audiovisual side so that the day is recorded in the most professional way.
- Managing attendance, access, catering, etc.
